The cost per company is a nominal fee of A$499.

Onboarding: Introductory call to understand your company and kick-off session to meet your peers and learn about the program.

Market-Entry Canvas:
Map out your business model, market-entry strategy, and goals using tried-and-tested frameworks.

1-on-1 Mentoring: Go over your market-entry canvas with an expert mentor who will challenge your assumptions, provide critical feedback and refine your strategy.

Virtual Dashboard: Access resources and educational content to help you understand the fundamentals of doing business in Australia.

Connections: You will receive 3 targeted introductions to relevant parties that have been specifically vetted based on your goals.

Wrap-up Session:

What are the selection criteria?

We assess applications based on several factors, including:

  • Alignment of your solution with key issues outlined
  • Market potential in Australia
  • Strength and experience of your team
  • Sales performance and/or funding track record
  • Eligibility for Australian government grants (if applicable)
  • Commitment to establishing a presence in Australia
Is this program only for tech companies?
This program is open to tech and tech-enabled companies of all sizes and industries that address environmental challenges. Not sure if you’re eligible? Reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Is the program 100% virtual?
Yes, the program is completely virtual. All group content will be recorded and uploaded.
What is the time commitment?
This program consists of 2 group calls, an introductory call and one individual mentoring session (approx. 30-45 minutes each). Participants are expected to spend their own time outside of the program to complete their market expansion strategy and to prepare any other materials in preparation for their mentoring sessions.
How will you accommodate time differences?
We endeavour to schedule group sessions at a time that is accessible to all participants. All group sessions are recorded and made available for viewing. 1-on-1 mentoring sessions are booked individually in accordance to the schedules of our mentors.
Are there any program costs? Will you take equity?
The program cost is A$499 per company. The program is subsidised and sponsored by City of Sydney. We do not take equity.
